Since the beginning of the 20th Century, the d'Anglade
family upkeeps this domain with passion.
Only 15 Kilometres from Libourne and Saint Emilion, a
visit of the domain can be organized.
Located at the North-East of Libourne, the Chateau d'Abzac
vineyard is planted over 21-hectares. It is planted in
well drained soils, on a vast terrace of grave, where
the perfect ripening of the grapes is fostered.
After a very traditional wine-making, the wines of Chateau
d'Abzac, Bordeaux-Bordeaux Superieur Appellations, are
aged for 2 years in vats, and also in oak casks before
their château bottling.
Very pleasant to drink, the wines are distinguished by
their ruby red color and their aromatic richness.
